Job Description

As a Senior QA Engineer with expertise in Automation and AI, you will play a crucial role in implementing cutting-edge AI-driven testing strategies and intelligent quality assurance solutions within our Kubernetes-based microservices architecture. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in order to uphold the highest quality standards through the implementation of smart automation and data-driven approaches.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing automated testing frameworks with AI-powered test generation capabilities, analyzing test results using Elasticsearch and machine learning to predict issues, creating and maintaining automated test suites with intelligent test prioritization, and setting up smart monitoring systems to detect anomalies in production Kubernetes environments. You will also be tasked with developing strategies for AI-assisted visual testing and regression analysis, researching and evaluating new testing tools including AI-powered solutions, and integrating intelligent quality checks into the CI/CD pipeline in collaboration with development teams. Moreover, you will be expected to mentor team members on automation and AI testing practices.
To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of QA engineering experience focusing on automation. You must also have experience working with AI-powered testing tools and automation frameworks, a working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration, familiarity with Elasticsearch for test data analysis and logging, an understanding of machine learning concepts in testing, experience with continuous testing and shift-left testing practices, familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven decision-making approach.

Preferred skills for this role include experience in automated anomaly detection in Kubernetes clusters, knowledge of advanced AI testing methodologies, familiarity with intelligent accessibility testing tools, experience with the ELK stack for logging and monitoring, and experience mentoring junior QA engineers.
