Job Description

Purpose of the Job
The ABM Specialist will support the group marketing team and be primarily responsible for executing HH Globals Account-Based marketing strategies. This role involves assisting in the development, execution, and optimization of ABM campaigns, including client and prospect audiences.
The ABM Specialist will work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high level of engagement and collaboration across various teams, including marketing and client engagement teams.
HH Global is a global leader in marketing activation services with significant growth objectives . We are continually improving, evolving and updating processes. The ABM Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth through personalized and data-driven marketing initiatives. They will start by helping with current ABM strategies, such as specific client newsletters and assist with building out our ABM strategies for the future.
Microsoft Dynamics is core to the ongoing management and development of our client-centric growth activity. We are planning to develop and integrate more initiatives into Microsoft Dynamics such as the Customer Insights Journeys solution which will form the basis of our ABM activity .
Kety Responsibilities
  • Help develop and execute ABM campaigns:
    • Help design, implement, execute , manage, and test ABM strategies to target high-value new and existing clients via le client&aposs gen eration and engagement campaigns
    • Collaborate with the marketing , sales enablement, and client engagement teams to create personalized ABM campaigns that showcase the best of our business
    • Work with client engagement teams on client -specific email communications (for example client newsletters )
    • Use website tracking and lead scoring to report on and enhance campaign effectiveness
    • Journey a utomation : Use Microsoft Customer Insights Journeys to visualize and automate customer journeys, ensuring personalized and contextually relevant interactions
Segmentation and targeting: Oversee audience segmentation and targeting to ensure precise and impactful marketing efforts Leverage real-time data and insights to refine segmentation strategies Real-dime data integration: Integrate real-time data from various sources, providing a holistic view of client interactions and enabling data-driven decision-making Campaign management:
  • Assist in managing the end-to-end process of ABM campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis in a consistent and compliant way
  • AI-driven insights: Use in-platform AI capabilities to enhance segmentation, personalize content and optimize campaign performance
Data analysis and reporting:
  • Analyze client behavior and engagement metrics to inform marketing strategies
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze CRM data and provide strategies based on the pipeline with the assistance of marketing
Risk management:
  • Maintain brand integrity and control risks related to local legislation (e.g. GDPR ) , opt-outs and confidentiality
  • Implement centralized control over ABM strategies to mitigate potential errors
  • Compliance and privacy: Ensure compliance with privacy regulations by managing consent data and maintaining up-to-date customer preferences
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
  • Educational background:
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing , Business or a related field
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in account-based marketing, preferably in a B2B environment

    At least 2-5 years of experience in ABM strategies
  • Experience working in a Microsoft environment; proficiency with Dynamics and experience with Customer Insights Journeys is ideal
  • Experience building ABM journeys and automating emails
  • Experience working with design teams to help build emails
  • Experience working with AI/CoPilot
  • Global experience launching ABM strategies, including knowledge of location-specific email laws
  • Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of website tracking, lead scoring and audience segmentation
  • Skills in email marketing and design; experience designing emails is a plus but not required
  • Soft skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of brand guidelines, design, copy and segmentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Certifications:
  • Relevant marketing certifications are desirable
