Job Description

Purpose of the Role
This Account Manager will take ownership of the installation and ongoing maintenance of Meta India fixtures across retail environments. The role ensures that all installations are executed to specification, timelines are met, and fixtures are maintained to uphold Metas brand integrity post-launch.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive handover from the Development & Production Account Manager and prepare installation plans
  • Coordinate with third-party installation teams across India to manage site access, scheduling, and compliance
  • Oversee on-site execution, ensuring fixtures are installed correctly and safely
  • Monitor fixture performance and condition post-installation, initiating maintenance or replacements as needed.
  • Maintain a log of installed assets and service schedules
  • Train and educate all stakeholdersincluding suppliers, installers, and client teamson installation protocols and maintenance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with internal HH Global reporting and external Meta reporting requirements, including alignment with Metas dashboards, formats, and cadence
  • Act as escalation point for installation or maintenance issues
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in POSM, retail display, or marketing services, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end production process.
  • Proven 3D POSM experience from a client service, design, or production perspective.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence key client stakeholders.

  • Experience working with Indian consumer electronics retailers such as Reliance Digital, Croma, Lotus, and others.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively across global and local teams.
  • Skilled in analysing and interpreting data, including client reports and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and act on growth opportunities within client accounts to build scale and scope.
  • Logical and systematic approach to work, with a flexible mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working within contracted environments, adhering to strict SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (e.g.Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) alongside project tracking tools.
