Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Functional implementations with a focus on US Payroll
• Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules
• Design, build, and maintain Fast Formulas to support payroll and benefits processing
• Ensure compliance with US payroll statutory and regulatory requirements
• Support payroll runs, reconciliations, year-end processing, and audits
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, and post-go-live support
• Provide functional documentation and user training

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• US Payroll (mandatory)
• Core HR
• Benefits
• Absence Management
• Compensation
• Fast Formulas
• Experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects
• Strong understanding of US payroll compliance and statutory requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
• Experience working in global or multi-country payroll environments
