• Key Responsibilities:

Participates as an infrastructure engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation and/or integration of desktop virtualization environments

• Design, install, configure and manage VMware virtualization environment components (vSphere, vSAN for Horizon, Horizon, Workspace ONE, ThinApp, App Volumes)
• Ensure virtualization systems are compliant with required security standards
• Develop and maintain O&S Standard Operating Procedures for VMware desktop virtualization environment
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with the virtualization environment; ideally including Microsoft and/or Linux O/S knowledge
• Develop server/system migration strategies and processes for virtualized and non-virtualized desktop environments
