Position: Head - Corporate HR (Manufacturing Industry)

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Organisation: Large Textile Company (Listed Entity with Market Cap of over Rs 8000 Cr)

Budget: Upto 70LPA (Depends on Current CTC)

Note: It is a leadership position. Candidates working as CHRO or CHRO-1 in large manufacturing setups are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head - Corporate HR who will have overall responsibility for the HR function across our corporate offices and manufacturing locations, covering a total workforce of approximately 1,200 employees.

The role will have end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of HR, including HR Strategy, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HRIS, Compliance and People Management.

A key responsibility of the role will be to drive the Industrial Relations strategy in coordination with the respective Factory Heads. Our manufacturing locations are in Maharashtra and Gujarat and the candidate should have sufficient exposure to manufacturing HR and IR to effectively partner with plant leadership.

Candidate Profile:

• Take ownership of the overall HR function across corporate and factory locations.
• Drive day-to-day HR operations while also contributing to the organisation's broader HR strategy.
• Provide strong HR leadership and guidance to business and functional heads.
• Effectively manage Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters.
• Lead and develop the HR team across functions and locations.
• Partner closely with senior management and factory leadership.
• Drive HR processes, systems, policies and people initiatives with strong execution discipline.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.

Experience & Qualification:

• 20-30 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in a HR leadership role.
• Experience in managing multiple HR functions and HR teams.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, preferably People Strong.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and people management.
• Experience working closely with senior management and business stakeholders.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR, Human Resources Management, or Personnel Management preferred.
