A reputed and fast-growing Education Group with presence across EdTech, Skill Development, and Government Business initiatives is looking for a dynamic professional to lead the Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for middle, senior, and leadership hiring across business verticals.
• Drive hiring across Corporate, Sales, Operations, Technology, Academic, and Government Project functions.
• Partner with leadership teams for manpower planning and talent strategy.
• Personally drive critical hiring mandates while managing a lean recruitment team.
• Build hiring pipelines through portals, networking, referrals, consultants, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure speed, quality, and efficiency in hiring with strong stakeholder management.
• Develop recruitment MIS, dashboards, and process improvement frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to middle and leadership hiring. Local candidates preferred.
• Experience in Education, EdTech, Skill Development, Healthcare, Consulting, or similar industries preferred.

- Exposure to Government / Project-based business hiring would be an advantage.

• Hands-on professional with strong self-contribution and ability to manage a small team effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong CXO-level stakeholder management.
• Dynamic, agile, execution-driven, and capable of working in a fast-growth environment.
