Candidate Profile:

• Masters degree or MBA in HR or a related field is preferred
• 14-18 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in policy development, compensation strategy, and organizational development
• Experience of working in Corporate Office in Strategic HR
• Presentable and excellent communicator
