Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hotel operations management.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
- Knowledge of hotel operations software and systems.
