Audit Associate - Real Estate

What role you will play in team: You'll assist in conducting audits of financial and operational processes within the real estate division, contributing to the assurance of financial reporting and compliance.

What you will do: Support the audit team in conducting on-site inspections, reviewing documentation, and identifying key control points.

Key responsibility:

• Assisting senior auditors in planning and executing audits of real estate projects and related transactions.
• Reviewing supporting documentation for construction in progress, capital expenditures, and revenue recognition.
• Identifying and documenting control deficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Preparing work papers and reports to support audit findings.
• Assisting in the coordination and communication with project teams and management.
• Working collaboratively with the internal audit team to ensure consistent methodologies and quality.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience (Internship experience considered).
• Understanding of real estate accounting principles is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
