Audit Associate - Real Estate

What role you will play in team: You will support the audit team in conducting financial and operational audits for our real estate properties.

What you will do: Assist with the planning and execution of audits, document findings, and prepare reports.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in planning and executing audits of real estate assets, liabilities and transactions.
• Document audit procedures and findings.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate results to management.
• 
  Collaborate with the audit team to identify areas for improvement in internal controls.
• Contribute to the development of audit programs and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 0-1 year experience in audit or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
