Audit Associate - Real Estate

What role you will play in team: Supporting the audit team in conducting financial and operational audits within our real estate portfolio.

What you will do: Assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key responsibility:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of financial and operational audits of real estate properties.
• Reviewing financial records, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
• Identifying and documenting control weaknesses and recommending improvements.
• Preparing audit working papers and reports.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1-2 years of experience in auditing or a related field.
• Understanding of real estate accounting and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
