Compliance Auditor

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You'll be working in a collaborative environment ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify and document instances of non-compliance, assessing risks and potential impacts.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address non-compliance issues.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of compliance.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings for management review.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new compliance programs and initiatives.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, or a related field.
• Understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance matters preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
