Compliance Auditor - Real Estate

What role you will play in team: You will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the real estate division.

What you will do: Conduct regular audits, review documentation, and provide recommendations to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct regular compliance audits of real estate projects and operations.
• Review contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation for compliance.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and building codes.
• Identify and report any compliance gaps or violations.
  
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in compliance or auditing within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
