Internal Controls Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key player in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal control frameworks across various departments, enhancing operational efficiency and mitigating risks.

What you will do: Evaluate and improve internal control systems; Develop and deliver training programs related to internal controls.

Key responsibility:

• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
• Identify control deficiencies and recommend improvements
• Develop and implement control procedures
• Document internal control processes
• Conduct control self-assessments
• Develop and deliver training programs on internal controls
• Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Experience with internal control software is a plus
• Experience working in a large organization
