Internal Controls Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member ensuring the effectiveness of our internal control systems, minimizing risk, and enhancing operational efficiency.

What you will do: Evaluate existing controls, recommend improvements, and implement new controls to mitigate risks. Collaborate with various departments to achieve objectives.

Key responsibility:

• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls across various departments.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement new internal controls to strengthen the control environment.
• Document internal control processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular monitoring and testing of internal controls.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures.
• Collaborate with management to address internal control deficiencies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in internal controls or related field.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
