Internal Controls Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key player in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls framework, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.

What you will do: You will design, implement, and maintain internal controls, conduct regular assessments, and provide recommendations for improvement. You'll also develop training materials and conduct training sessions.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures.
• Conducting regular assessments of internal controls.
• Identifying and evaluating control deficiencies.
• Developing and implementing remediation plans.
• Developing and delivering training programs on internal controls.
• Staying current on changes in regulations and best practices.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal controls.
• Strong understanding of COSO framework.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
