Business Development Manager

About the Role

• We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong
• experience in generating business leads for interior turnkey projects (civil). The ideal
• candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strategic relationships, and
• driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in interior turnkey & civil fit-out

projects

• ∙Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and PMC
• companies
• ∙Actively participate in lead generation through networking, site visits, references, and
• market research
• ∙Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial bids
• ∙Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for project feasibility and
• execution planning
• ∙Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Pune and nearby
• regions
• ∙Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
• ∙Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports

Key Requirements

∙7–15 years of experience in business development/sales in interior turnkey or civil

construction projects

• ∙Strong network with developers, architects, and corporate clients
• ∙Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads
• ∙Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• ∙Good understanding of interior fit-out execution, costing, and contracts
• ∙Ability to work independently and drive business growth

Preferred Skills

• ∙Experience working with PMC/Construction/Interior Fit-out companies
• ∙Knowledge of tendering and commercial processes
• ∙Strong client handling and relationship management skills
