Lead HR Business Partner - Organisation Transformation - FMCG/Agri/eCommerce

Our client is a well-established B2B brand looking to hire a senior HR leader to lead its HRBP function and drive organisation-wide people and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and build the HRBP team, setting clear priorities and operating standards.
• Own the people agenda across workforce planning, talent, performance, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with senior leadership on organisation health, talent, and people strategy.
• Lead organisation design and transformation initiatives, including role architecture, spans & layers, restructuring, and change management.
• Build frameworks for leadership development, succession, and talent management.
• Drive engagement, culture, and rewards initiatives, including benchmarking and pay-for-performance.

What We're Looking For:

• 8-10+ years of HR / HRBP experience, including senior leadership partnering and organisation-wide transformation.
• Experience across Agri, FMCG, E-commerce, B2B, or high-growth businesses preferred.
• MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed B-School.
• Strong track record in organisation design and transformation.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to regional and field locations.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and bias for action.
