Manager - Sales Finance - FMCG

Role Overview:

The Sales Finance Manager will serve as a strategic financial partner to the sales leadership team, driving profitable growth within the FMCG sector in Kolkata. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial planning and commercial execution by managing trade spend, evaluating promotional effectiveness, and overseeing regional P&L performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales team to monitor distributor health and credit management, ensuring seamless cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Drive the implementation of pricing strategies by evaluating competitive market data and cost structures to maximize margins.
• Prepare detailed financial dashboards and performance reports for senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the region.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis, specifically within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear, persuasive narratives for non-finance stakeholders and senior leadership.
