- As a Senior Manager in HR specializing in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, you will leverage your 7 years of progressive experience in the field to drive recruitment and development initiatives effectively. Located in Rajarhat, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, collaborating with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, and building talent pipelines through diverse channels such as job boards, networking, and social media.
Your role will include playing a pivotal part in enhancing employer branding efforts to attract top-tier candidates while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential hires throughout the recruitment process. Monitoring recruitment metrics and generating regular hiring reports will be essential to evaluate and optimize talent acquisition strategies continually.
In the realm of Talent Management, you will be tasked with designing and executing talent development programs encompassing succession planning, leadership development, and identification of high-potential individuals. Aligning performance management processes with organizational objectives, spearheading employee engagement and retention initiatives, and delivering customized training and development programs will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, collaborating with managers and employees to formulate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and analyzing talent data and trends to steer decision-making processes will be integral to fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the organization.
