Description:

We are seeking a strategic and impact-driven Learning & Development leader to build future-ready capabilities and drive performance excellence across the bank.

• Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Learning & Development function across the bank.
• Design and deploy scalable learning frameworks aligned with business priorities, including competency mapping, leadership development, and role-based functional training.
• Drive the banks learning digitalization agenda through LMS implementation, e-learning solutions, and data-driven learning analytics.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to diagnose capability gaps and build targeted interventions to enhance workforce effectiveness and productivity.
• Oversee the development and delivery of high-impact training content, ensuring relevance, learner engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead and manage L&D teams and external training partners to ensure consistent quality and delivery across regions.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness using defined KPIs such as productivity uplift, customer experience scores, and employee engagement metrics.
• Foster and institutionalize a culture of continuous learning, capability building, and leadership development across the organization.
