The Associate Director / Manager - Consulting & Operations (Financial Services) serves as a strategic bridge between complex business challenges and operational excellence within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for financial services clients, ensuring project delivery aligns with strategic objectives and client expectations.
• Design and implement process excellence frameworks to streamline banking operations, reducing cycle times and enhancing service delivery quality.
• Drive large-scale business transformation initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and change management protocols to ensure seamless organizational adoption.
• Conduct rigorous business and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, cost-saving levers, and risk exposure areas for institutional clients.
• Facilitate client engagement at the CXO level, translating complex technical requirements into clear, value-driven strategic roadmaps.
• Oversee project management lifecycles, ensuring resource optimization and adherence to timelines while maintaining high standards of operational governance.
