About Beyond Bancard:

Beyond Bancard is a U.S. based payments company providing payment processing, point-of-sale systems and e-commerce payment solutions to businesses across the United States. We are building our first India team in Bengaluru.

The role:

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing aimed at U.S. business owners, build and manage a small marketing team, and generate qualified U.S. business leads that turn into customers. You will work closely with our U.S. sales and leadership teams.

What you will do:

• Build and run U.S. B2B campaigns for payment processing, POS and e-commerce payments
• Manage Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns; test TikTok, YouTube and emerging AI ad platforms such as ChatGPT
• Build lead-generation funnels and landing pages, and optimise for lead quality, acquisition cost and return on ad spend
• Lead social media, content, video, SEO and email nurture programmes
• Work with sales on lead quality and connect campaigns to CRM outcomes
• Hire and lead designers, video editors, SEO specialists and agencies as the team grows
• Track and report performance through GA4, Tag Manager and CRM

What we are looking for:

• 4-8 years in digital marketing, including B2B marketing to U.S. customers
• Hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management
• Experience leading a small marketing team or several specialists
• A track record of generating qualified leads and improving campaign performance
• Strong SEO, content, email and conversion skills; excellent written English for a U.S. audience
• Preferred: payments, fintech, POS or B2B SaaS; marketing to U.S. small and mid-size businesses; building a marketing function from scratch
