As a Strategy & Operations Lead in the Founder's Office, you will serve as a critical force multiplier for the leadership team, bridging the gap between high-level vision and day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive corporate strategy initiatives by conducting deep-dive market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify new growth vectors for the business.
• Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and sales teams to meet aggressive delivery timelines.
• Spearhead process transformation efforts by identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable workflows that improve overall organizational productivity.
• Manage financial planning and budgeting cycles, providing the leadership team with accurate forecasts and variance analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Facilitate change management during organizational scaling, acting as a bridge between departments to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and strategic pivots.

• Educational background from a top-tier institute, complemented by 4 - 7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup strategy role.
