Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met

• Should be able to create a product roadmap and product strategy
• Should be able to do product discovery, product validation and product analytics.
• Should be able to run the sprints and daily scrum calls.
• Should have managed products/ features around workflow management or business process mapping.
• Must be able to speak with the tech team and explore solutions and prioritize features and create product lines.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst/Product Manager.
• Must be able to use Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite with ease.
• Must be able to write specifications and create wireframes on demand.
• Must be able to create a product strategy and product roadmap.
• Must have experience working with at least one wireframing tool, like balsamiq or whimsical or azure xp or any others.
• Must have hands-on experience with agile product management tools like JIRA, Clickup or any other tool.
• Must have extremely good communication, articulation and presentation skills.

• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in startups.
• If you have already worked in a marketplace product or a platform product you would be given preference over other candidates.
• Product Managers who have domain knowledge of HR Tech/Recruitment Tech will be given preference.
• Should have worked on B2B products, preferably in the Recruitment domain.
• System Design Skills, any understanding about technology will be a great advantage.
• Ability to work with AARRR metrics - both for the producers and consumers on the marketplace.
