Primary Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality content for blogs, website pages, landing pages, brochures, case studies, and marketing materials related to real estate services.
• Develop content around property lifecycle, property management, transactions, compliance, documentation, and market trends.
• Write educational and thought leadership articles addressing real estate processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, and subject matter experts) to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging industry practices.
• Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media content, and website updates.
• Exposure to title services such as title search, documentation, escrow, and closing processes will be an added advantage.
