• Position Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with experience in IT Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, and IT staffing services, along with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth, primarily in the US and UK markets.
• Key Responsibilities:
• 1) Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT staff augmentation
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and other prospecting tools
• 2) Client Acquisition & Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the US and UK
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions
• 3) Requirement Understanding & Closure:
• Gather client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams
• Ensure timely submission and closure of positions
• 4) Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Expand the client base in international markets
• 5) Coordination & Reporting:
• Track leads, submissions, and closures
• Maintain reports on sales performance and pipeline status
