About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead and execute hiring strategy at hoichoi. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, driving employer branding initiatives and ensuring we attract top talent to support our growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, aligning hiring plans with organizational goals while optimizing processes to enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent across various functions.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and create structured workforce plans.
• Drive talent sourcing efforts through online platforms, networking events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Shape and refine employer branding strategies in partnership with stakeholders to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead and manage campus hiring programs by building strong relationships with universities and institutions.
• Define and optimize the hiring process, ensuring structured assessments, selection procedures and best-in-class candidate experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to enhance retention and engagement.
• Build and sustain meaningful relationships with industry professionals and candidates to enhance talent outreach.

Key Requirements:

• Masters in HR and or a relevant field is preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a consumer internet, e-commerce, product, or startup environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and align hiring decisions with business needs.
• Expertise in Boolean search and multiple sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, IIMjobs, hirist, Wellfound, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve recruitment KPIs.
• Experience in campus hiring and industry partnerships is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive and result-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
