We are looking for a versatile and analytical Data Analytics & Insights Specialist with expertise in Machine Learning Engineering and a proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work at the intersection of data science, engineering, and business strategy, helping to unlock the value of unstructured and structured data using advanced NLP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions using ML models.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment design to evaluate model performance and business impact.
• Build and optimize ML models using LLMs to solve complex NLP problems (e.g., document classification, topic modeling, question-answering systems).
• Analyze customer feedback, generate business intelligence reports, and support product roadmap planning.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
• Work with cutting-edge datasets, open-source models, and academic literature to stay ahead of AI trends.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Aligned experience in data analytics, ML engineering, or NLP-related role.
• Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools, including SQL, Python, Google Analytics, BigQuery, and platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Proficient in experimentation design, cohort and retention analysis, and conversion funnel tracking for performance optimization.
• Bonus! If youve worked at an early-stage startup or worn multiple hats across data + ML + product.
