Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, based in Noida. The Travel Sales Consultant will assist customers in planning their trips by providing tailored travel solutions, making reservations, and managing travel arrangements. The role involves offering excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of travel experiences. The consultant will also manage bookings, address inquiries, and provide information about travel packages and destinations.
Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting and providing personalized travel solutions
• Skills in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements for seamless planning and organization
• Expertise in handling Customer Service and Reservations to ensure client satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
• Knowledge of various travel destinations and packages
• Proficiency in using travel software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with corporate travel management is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
