Content Marketer & Coordinator

• About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Content Marketer & Coordinator who can bring creativity, coordination, and clarity to our marketing initiatives. Youll be the bridge between creative talent and business objectives — ensuring every piece of content, campaign, and collaboration adds value to our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Coordinate with freelance content writers, video creators, video editors, and influencers to deliver
• high-quality marketing content.
• · Manage end-to-end content production — from ideation to execution and publishing.
• · Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Design, HR) to align marketing strategies and
• justify marketing spends.
• · Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms and marketing materials.
• · Analyze campaign performance and suggest creative improvements.
• · Maintain strong digital brand identity & communication tone
• · Establish weekly review system, tracking KPIs through dashboards & reports
• · Collaborate with branding, sales, and product teams for smooth alignment
• · Ensure timely execution, budget optimization & campaign quality
• · Maintain strong relationships with agencies, freelancers, and external partners to ensure timely project
• completion.
• · Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand reach and visibility.

Requirements:

• · 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, coordination, or influencer management.
• · Excellent communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
• · A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• · Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
