Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Property Operations & Guest Relations Executive to manage day-to-day property operations on the ground and serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay.

The candidate will ensure that properties are guest-ready, operational issues are resolved promptly, housekeeping and maintenance teams are coordinated effectively, and every guest receives professional and timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Ground Property Operations

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness before guest check-in.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff, security, and other on-ground teams.
• Ensure all rooms, amenities, appliances, and essential supplies are in working condition.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including key handovers and property checks.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

2. Guest Relations & Interaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay.
• Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist guests with check-in instructions, property amenities, local information, and other requirements.
• Visit the property whenever an issue requires physical assistance.
• Ensure guest concerns are resolved quickly and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews through excellent service.

3. Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination

• Monitor housekeeping quality and ensure properties meet Hosties cleanliness standards.
• Verify that properties are properly prepared before guest arrivals.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
• Report damages, missing inventory, and recurring property issues to management.
• Ensure all operational checklists are completed.

4. Daily Reporting & Accountability

• Share daily updates on check-ins, check-outs, property status, and pending issues.
• Maintain records of guest complaints, maintenance requests, inventory discrepancies, and resolutions.
• Report incidents, damages, and additional expenses with supporting details.
• Follow company SOPs and ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, serviced apartments, vacation rentals, or guest relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, property visits, and handling operational emergencies.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Airbnb operations, holiday homes, hotel front office, or property management will be given preference. Candidates with their own two-wheeler or reliable transport will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We need someone who is hands-on, accountable, well-organized, and comfortable being physically present at properties. The candidate should not simply coordinate over the phone but must be willing to visit properties, interact with guests, solve problems on the spot, and take ownership until issues are resolved.
