Law/Legal Internship In Pune

You will build the legal scaffolding of a fast-scaling consumer company. This role is about structure, compliance, and risk control, not academic theory. Every document you draft will be used in production. Every clause matters.
Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Draft and review Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Refund & Cancellation Policies
  
• Structure partner agreements and onboarding documentation
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor, service, and consumer protection laws
• Draft vendor contracts, employment agreements, and NDA frameworks

• Support risk mitigation across operations, liability mapping, escalation protocols
