Growth & Strategy Role - Founder's Office - FinTech - IIM/MDI/ISB

Role Overview :

Work directly with the CEO to drive strategy, growth, and data-led decision making for Univest's broking business. This is a high ownership central role combining analytics, business understanding, and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with CEO on business strategy, growth initiatives & execution
• Track and optimize broking funnel (acquisition - activation - retention - revenue)
• Identify growth opportunities across pricing, product, and customer segments
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Tech/Product & Marketing to drive outcomes
• Execute high-impact strategic projects end-to-end

What We're Looking For :

• 2-3 years experience in Fintech
• Strong hands-on skills in Excel (must) | SQL / Data tools (good to have)
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving ability
• Understanding of stock markets / trading ecosystem
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights
• High ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with stakeholder exposure
