Market Risk Analyst

What role you will play in team: You'll be part of a team responsible for identifying, assessing and managing market risk exposures. Your contributions will ensure the bank's financial stability.

What you will do: Develop and implement market risk models, monitor market movements, prepare risk reports, and analyze trading strategies.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and implementing market risk models.
• Monitoring market movements and identifying potential risks.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports.
• Analyzing trading strategies and assessing their market risk exposures.
• 
  Maintaining risk registers and updating them regularly.
• Collaborating with traders and portfolio managers.
• Staying abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in market risk management.
• Strong knowledge of market risk models (e.g., VAR).
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
