Tax Manager - Transfer Pricing

What role you will play in team: You will lead and manage the transfer pricing function for the bank's operations in India.

What you will do: You will oversee all aspects of transfer pricing compliance, including documentation, reporting, and interaction with tax authorities.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and manage the transfer pricing team.
• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
• Interact with tax authorities on transfer pricing matters.
• Provide guidance and training to the team.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
