We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Business Analyst - User Experience Interface 

In this role, you will:

• The Markets and Securities Services Business Insights function provides a comprehensive suite of management information to key stakeholders across Operations, Front Office and regulators at Markets and Securities Services Operations sites.
• Assistant Vice President Business Insights will lead the delivery of the Business Insights book of work, working collaboratively with the wider team and relevant stakeholders. The role will be accountable for driving priorities forward, translating business requirements into high-quality Artificial Intelligence - enabled reports and intuitive visualizations, and ensuring that reporting delivers clear, actionable insights for decision-making.

• Apply User Experience design principles to determine how data should be structured, presented and navigated for different audiences. Work with Technology, Data and Operations teams to design, test and implement Artificial Intelligence -enabled reporting solutions.

• Track adoption, user experience, efficiency gains and other benefits following implementation. Positive feedback from senior leaders and key stakeholders on the quality, usability and relevance of reporting. Tangible and quantified efficiency gains through Artificial Intelligence and automation. Improved user adoption and satisfaction.

• Present complex analytical and Artificial Intelligence -enabled solutions clearly, focusing on the business outcomes and decisions. Facilitate user feedback and co-design sessions to ensure solutions meet audience needs. Adapt communication and visual presentation styles for technical, operational and executive audiences.

• Assess the risks associated with Artificial Intelligence -generated insights, data quality, model outputs, access, interpretation and use. Ensure appropriate validation, documentation and governance are applied to Artificial Intelligence -enabled reports and visualizations. Timely escalation and resolution of control issues.

• Build confidence in new Artificial Intelligence and analytics solutions through clear demonstrations, practical examples and transparent discussion of limitations. Encourage diverse perspectives when shaping reporting experiences and interpreting business needs. Coach colleagues on analytics, visualization.
• Turning complex and high-volume data into clear visual narratives without losing important context or control information. Identifying Artificial Intelligence opportunities that deliver genuine business value and are suitable for controlled implementation.

To be successful, you will:

• Bachelors / Master’s degree preferred computer application / analytics. Minimum 7+ years of experience in User Interface / User Experience design and visual storytelling.
• Strong experience in analytics, management information and reporting transformation. Understanding of Artificial Intelligence -enabled reporting and automation opportunities.
• Strong visualization and User Experience design capability, with the ability to tailor solutions to different audiences. A visual and user-centered mindset, with an ability to turn data into compelling stories that support decisions.
• Confidence presenting demonstrations and recommendations to senior leaders. Strong programme, stakeholder and change-management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to challenge the status quo while maintaining appropriate controls and responsible Artificial Intelligence practices. Strong understanding of analytics, reporting transformation and management information.
• Practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence use cases in reporting, including automated insight generation, anomaly detection, summarization, forecasting and workflow automation. Ability to apply User Experience and visualization principles to tailor data presentations to different audiences.
• Ability to convert stakeholder needs into clear user journeys, report layouts and interactive visual experiences. Experience developing roadmaps, prioritization frameworks and benefits measures for Artificial Intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Ability to explain analytical outputs and Artificial Intelligence -generated insights in a clear, balanced and commercially relevant way.
