Job Description
- Lead the overall Human Resources function for the organization, aligning HR strategies with business goals and growth plans in the real estate sector.
- Drive Talent Acquisition strategies for corporate, sales, project site, engineering, and leadership hiring across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement Leadership Development programs to build future-ready leaders and strengthen managerial capabilities.
- Design and execute Succession Planning frameworks for critical positions to ensure leadership continuity and organizational stability.
- Spearhead Talent Management initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, competency mapping, and retention strategies.
- Lead Change Management initiatives during business expansion, restructuring, digital transformation, mergers, or process improvement projects.
- Build a high-performance culture through KRAs, KPIs, employee productivity enhancement, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, compensation structures, and governance frameworks in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Oversee Learning & Development programs focusing on behavioral, functional, leadership, and compliance training.
- Partner with business heads and project teams to provide strategic HR support for workforce planning and manpower optimization.
- Drive Employee Engagement and Organizational Development initiatives to improve morale, collaboration, and workplace culture.
- Manage Industrial Relations, statutory compliances, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and employee welfare activities.
- Establish HR analytics and MIS dashboards for manpower budgeting, attrition analysis, hiring metrics, and productivity tracking.
- Lead HR digitization initiatives including HRMS implementation, automation of HR processes, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the management team by contributing to organizational growth, operational excellence, and long-term people strategy.
