• Role: Asst Vice President/ Vice President
• Location: Bangalore
• Responsibilities:
• Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating companies across markets, preparing client pitches and investment materials,
• Executing transactions through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and deal structuring,
• Driving business development and sector coverage, and
• Building relationships with financial institutions for PE/VC fundraising and M&A transactions.

Experience: 5- 9 years of relevant investment banking experience

Qualification: CFA/ CA / MBA from top tier Institutes

• Preference will be given to dynamic candidates with strong front-end execution capabilities and a proven ability to drive Deals and M&A transactions. The role requires hands-on expertise in transaction execution, valuations, client management, pitch presentations, sector coverage, and investor relations.
• Mandatory skills - accomplished individual with significant prior deal and transaction execution exposure.
