Role: Asst Vice President/ Vice President

Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating companies across markets, preparing client pitches and investment materials,
- Executing transactions through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and deal structuring,
- Driving business development and sector coverage, and
- Building relationships with financial institutions for PE/VC fundraising and M&A transactions.
Experience: 5- 9 years of relevant investment banking experience
Qualification: CFA/ CA / MBA from top tier Institutes
- Preference will be given to dynamic candidates with strong front-end execution capabilities and a proven ability to drive Deals and M&A transactions. The role requires hands-on expertise in transaction execution, valuations, client management, pitch presentations, sector coverage, and investor relations.
