• Market/segment understanding and customer insight
• Sales execution and performance management
• Strong achievement orientation and ownership for results.
• Lead and control a geographically distributed sales team
• Analytical ability and data-driven decision making
• Sales forecasting and target setting skills
• Managing Training and developing the sales team
• Responsible for Strategic sales planning at macro to micro levels

Requirements:

• Experience of managing of South India apart from at least one North region.
• Fluent in any one South Indian language and Hindi.
