Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Secretarial - BFSI

• Designation & Grade: Senior Manager / Chief Manager

• Specific responsibilities:
• 1. Thorough preparation, review and timely adherence to all IRDAI filings and forms, ROC filings and forms and ensuring strict compliance within stipulated deadlines.

2. Assist in Ensuring comprehensive compliance on secretarial matters related to the Companies Act, IRDAI Corporate Governance Guidelines, Shareholders Agreement, Director appointments/resignations, Drafting and modifying the policies as per the applicable regulations.

3. Assist in Ensuring comprehensive compliance on secretarial matters related to the Companies Act, IRDAI Corporate Governance Guidelines, Shareholders Agreement, Director appointments/resignations, Drafting and modifying the policies as per the applicable regulations.

• 4. Assist in preparation of agendas, minutes, conduct of board and committee meetings etc.
• 5. Providing data/information for business, secretarial audit, Statutory audit, Risk Audits and such other audits and inspections.
• 6. Providing secretarial data to other teams for submission to Regulators
• Competencies
• 1. Fluent in English
• 2. Good co-ordination and drafting abilities
• Must have:

• Qualified Company Secretary
• Insurance industry (preferable experience in Life Insurance sector)
• Fluency in English(reading, writing, comprehension)
