Roles and Responsibility:
- Bill Checking and passing invoices as per PO and general checks complying with group accounting manual, policies and procedures
- Employee reimbursement in Zoho portal
- Perform and review of Bank accounting and reconciliations.
- Responding timely and accurately to emails of inter-department queries.
- Responsible for verifying all taxes involved e.g. GST, TDS etc., and appropriate accounting of such taxes.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned/required.
- Keeping proper documentation
- Vendor Management, Data clean-up and rectification.
- CAPEX accounting
