Practice Manager - Health & Retirement Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead and manage large-scale Health & Retirement Operations and/or Technology delivery teams. The role requires a strong leader who can drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, financial performance, talent development, and strategic delivery outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Health & Retirement solutions, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and people leadership.

Total Experience: 12 - 15 years

Required Skills & Competencies:

Domain Expertise:

• Strong experience in the Health & Retirement (H&R) domain with a deep understanding of industry processes, client requirements, and service delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale delivery teams supporting Health & Retirement clients.

Delivery & Business Management:

• Extensive experience in Delivery Management across Operations and/or Technology functions.
• Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management and stakeholder engagement at multiple organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Management, including budgeting, forecasting, productivity improvement, utilization management, and cost optimization.
• Ability to drive resource planning, workforce management, demand-supply alignment, and capacity optimization.
• Experience managing change initiatives, operational risks, governance, compliance, and quality frameworks.
• Strong focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and achieving business outcomes.

People Leadership:

• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and/or managers.
• Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, coaching, mentoring, and career development.
• Experience building talent pipelines through succession planning, retention strategies, and capability development initiatives.
• Ability to foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.

Preferred Skills Operations Aligned Practice Manager:
