F&B Trainer

Assists in the preparation of the Food & Beverage Departmental Operations Manual. Administrates all employee training records, ensuring that they are kept up to date. Administrates, coordinates and monitors the "Training for your future" programme. Responsible for the timely completion and submittal of training records and reports. Assists in the administration of claims for training activities.Assists to coordinate and monitor the hotel's Training Plan and Calendar.  Assist to coordinate the compilation and review of the hotel's Departmental Operations Manuals.  Advises the Training Manager of any new support material that would be beneficial to the hotel. Monitors the performance of the Trainees ensuring they are developed to their maximum potential and efficiency. Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
