Job Description
- Lead and manage the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and high service standards.
- Implement Hyatt Corporate Human Resources strategies, policies, and procedures at the hotel level.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and employee relations activities.
- Partner with hotel leadership to develop people capability and a strong leadership pipeline.
- Support financial objectives through workforce planning, payroll management, and HR budgeting.
- Champion Hyatt Purpose, Values, and Leadership Profile across all departments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR and people matters.

- At least 3 years of experience as Human Resource Manager, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
