Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager who can build a world-class digital shopping experience that mirrors the luxury of a physical boutique. You will sit at the intersection of Fashion, Technology, and User Psychology, ensuring that every click on our platform feels premium and every transition is seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the customer-facing platform (Web & App). Define the vision for features that enhance "Luxury Discovery."

- UX/UI Excellence: Work closely with designers to create a "minimalist yet premium" interface. Focus on high-quality imagery, smooth transitions, and intuitive navigation.

- Data-Driven Insights: Use A/B testing, Heatmaps (Hotjar/MS Clarity), and Analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude) to identify friction points in the luxury buying journey.

- Personalization & AI: Implement AI-driven recommendation engines that suggest products based on "Style DNA" and "Luxury Taste" rather than just basic browsing history.

- Checkout & Retention: Optimize the funnel to reduce cart abandonment for high-value items. Build features for "White-glove" delivery tracking and premium returns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management within a B2C/E-commerce environment. Experience in Fashion or Lifestyle tech is a major plus.

- Analytical Tools: Mastery in SQL and experience with Product Analytics tools (CleverTap, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).

- Technical Understanding: Comfort with APIs, Mobile App architectures (iOS/Android), and Web technologies.

- Design Sensitivity: A strong eye for aestheticsyou understand that in luxury, "less is more."

- Education: Engineering degree from a Tier-1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS) followed by an MBA is preferred.
