About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead product innovation and strengthen our market position in the payments industry. This role involves strategic planning, competitive benchmarking, stakeholder collaboration, and product execution to ensure seamless development and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
- Define and execute product roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive successful product launches.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Engage with banking and fintech stakeholders to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance, track key KPIs, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Market Research, or Business Analysis
- Proven expertise in competitive benchmarking & market analysis
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and relevant tools
- Banking or fintech industry experience
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & presentation abilities
- Prior experience in client-facing roles

Preferred Industry Background:
- Candidates with experience in the payments domain from leading organizations such as Euronet, FSS, FIS, ISG, Worldline, Paytm, or Pine Labs will be highly preferred.
