Junior Merchandiser

Hyve Sports, Indias first online customization portal for activewear, is recognized by IIM Ahmedabad and the Kerala Startup Mission for its business innovation in the field of sports. Comprising a team of passionate young professionals, the company aims to create a unifying and empowering platform for sports and self-expression. Founded by graduates from IIM, IIT, and NIFT, Hyve aspires to establish itself as a sports brand that India can take pride in.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting in sales, providing an exceptional customer shopping experience, maintaining retail and inventory operations, and supporting marketing strategies to ensure smooth business processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Sales expertise and Retail knowledge to promote and handle products efficiently.
• Basic understanding of Marketing strategies to support promotional activities and brand growth.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management.
• Passion for sports and activewear is an added advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Fashion, or related field is preferred.
