About the Role
We are looking for a Intern – Customer Support to support our Customer Success team with day-to-day client and operational activities. This role is ideal for a fresher who is a good communicator, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Success team with daily operational activities.
- Assist with client onboarding and coordination.
- Follow up on client requirements and internal requests for timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and requirements.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Assist with platform-related queries and escalate issues when required.
- Support the team in ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools for daily activities.
Travel Requirement
- Willingness to travel to the North region for client coordination and support whenever required.
Key Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of operational/administrative processes.
- Customer coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with multiple tools and platforms.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Internship/project experience in customer support, client coordination, administration, or customer success is an advantage.
